Veterans Day, 2021

November 11, 2018 marked the 100th Anniversary of the signing of the Armistice to end World War I. To memorialize the signing, in 1919 the day became known as Armistice Day. At that time the hope was that would be the last “world” war. After WWII Armistice Day was changed to Veterans Day in 1954 to honor all military members for their sacrifice and service to our nation.

Remember to Thank a Veteran.
